Virtual Battle Space 3 (VBS3) Training Integrator

Title: Virtual Battle Space 3 (VBS3) Training Integrator Location: Vermont-Jericho
Key Role:
Support the Army client. Ensure unity of command in supporting Training Readiness Authority (TRA) by coordinating with commands and then develop and tailor scenarios and tasks to support the commander's training needs. Provide games for training general support for all gaming applications and services. Coordinate with garrison, state, and Army National Guard activities to improve virtual training and related facilities. Provide terrain and modeling support, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) source data for imagery and modeling and animation generation to develop individual and collective training strategies, incorporating multiple assets. Provide software engineering, including installation, operation, maintenance, configuration management, and interoperability between gaming applications and Army command and control (C2) interfaces. Assist with planning and providing virtual training across multiple locations and provide continuity and expertise that enable awareness and effective use of virtual training assets to support training across the Army National Guard.

Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with the US Army
-2 years of experience with virtual training
-Experience with Virtual Battle Space 3 (VBS3)
-Secret clearance
-AA or AS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with exercise construction
-Experience with terrain modeling
-Experience with scenario development
-Experience with Army National Guard
-Experience with Observer/Controller (OC)
-Experience with After Action Reviews (AAR)
-Experience with training
-Experience with improvised explosive devices
-BA or BS degree
